I run the same sort of spots as Mally up here in the "Norf". I would like to see any dog do 10 out 0f 10.

the most i can remember catching on the bounce was 9 but to be honest i havent really taken all that much notice when out. the reason i counted the 9 was because i had them up the one hedgerow in a small paddock and i was lucky enough to have a gail blow and a spot of rain for what felt like about 5 minutes to aid me with catching them, but must of been longer.

Ive had a few good do's over the year's but 2 that stick in my head was 37 out of 39 run's and one of those misses was on a woodcock..another retired dog i have here ran 10 and killed 10 one after the other without me putting him back on the slip..

i would love to see 30 rabbits in one night let alone catch that amount about my way, my dog is only 14 months and cought about 50 rabbits in total and for every rabbit hes cought i recon ive walked 2to3 miles his biggest bag so far for one night is 5 !

depends a lot on the ground you run, where i am if my mutt was fit and hitting 75% of runs he,s on form,,,else where big fields with rabbits sitting out wouldn,t expect many at all to make the hedge.
