While it is great that eventually someone has got the finger out and decided to start taking action instead of club members and ordinary joe on the canal bank having to confront these guys ( which arent always polite and pleasant affairs for either party) i have to admit thats its not always and only the eastern europeans, we are guilty of it ourselves. Some maybe innocently like not knowing bag limits or weight restrictions but most waters i go to have clear rules posted up upon entry and yet you walk around seeing barbed hooks, 3 fish in a bag, live bait etc......if we want to protect our sport we should lead by example.
