falcongit 242
decided to go out to another permission i havent been to for a long time, but first i went to pick one the lads from work up who goes shooting he owns hw97k these rifles get about abit and one of the other lads is buying a hw97k this week as well so that says alot about these rifle there great :Dhw springers rule, me and chris get down to the field and get all the gear together get the rifles all set up.we get set up for static hunting he was one side and i was shooting the other way,it dident take long to get my first bunny 30m away and a nice head shot goes and gets it and hang it in the tree out the way,not long after that chris gets a bunny and again a good head shot so hang that up in the tree with his mate, this is in the first hour and all went quite for abit so we decided to walk around the otherside and chris spotted a duck and with it being in season now, he decided to have ago same again great head shot, we have been useing bisley magnum tonight which we are trying out we normaly use rws superdomes but i think i could be changeing pellets they are fantastic they do some damage, and seem to fit quite snug in the barrel the only down side is you only get 200 in a tin and rws superdomes 500,anyway we decided to call it a night and i gutted the rabbits in the field and left the gutts for who ever got there first to eat it. atb lads symon ps mine was the small one chris got the other 2, good lad nice shooting chris and he took them all home  greedy git...... 1 Quote Link to post

Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
nice results there bud when i had an s410k and a hw97k i couldnt choose between them, obviously the pcp had more benefits but the hw97 just kicks ars3 im onto my 3rd one lol. nothing wrong with shooting duck in my oppinion. i shot one at 35 yards right next to the eye and it just dropped clean.. glad there in season again i love a bit of doook a'la chips and gravy hope i see some on the permission soon, which is likely actually with all the recent rain making massive ponds and rivers on normally dry land!
