my pup is 6months and she's going through the exact same ignorant stage! most people i've spoke to say its just a phase!

It is mate. The whippet was a nightmare, running off, disobedient and a pain in the arse...... Just like the pup is now.

 

Then as soon as she finished her 1st season she's a different dog. Very trustworthy, loyal and obedient.

lovely looking bitch. Always comforting to hear other pain in the arse pups, mine is 7 month has suddenly turned deaf and dumb!

although he sounds like the opposite to yours, not nervous in any way, in fact he think he's billy big bollocks and rules the house, hard work, but just like you, he's a pet first, worker second, so looks like i'm stuck with him

Good to hear I'm not the only 1!!!! This pup has been very timid with other dogs only since day 1 but away from other dogs she is as bold as brass and a real character.
