B.P.R 2,798
just putting up a couple of pictures of my youngster CASSIE (CASS) 6 months old and coming on well. been on the lure and keen. would like to say 'listens to me and training is going well'.....but i cant...the little tw@t is throwing me a deaf ear and has been for the last 6 weeks or so wont retrieve and chases fuucking everything!!!! BUT...we will get there....had this with the whippet and i was at my whits end and then one day after her 1st season she was retrieving like a lab and hanging off every word i said. cracking little dog this pup is. never going to be anything to shout about but she will do for me. very nervous and has been since day 1...getting better though. just need to introduce her the right way when the times right and take my time. pet first/ worker second, like all my dogs and that works for me. thanks very much for looking. 4 Quote Link to post

RossM 8,119
Looking well mate, all pups go through the "selective hearing" phase and although they seem to grow out of it, it will ALWAYS pop up when they adults!! 1 Quote Link to post
