iv seen bunnys dogs of all shapes an sizes, all men have diffrent standards as to what they want from a bunnys dog, i think if you have got a keen pup an are keen yaself at the ole bunny bashing game

that wee dog will catch bunnys out ferreting an bushing, ill bet me pants on it, when it comes to the lamp pick his runs for him an above all enjoy it

Nowt wrong with him for rabbiting, has he seen owt, does he show interest

He's had 2 from the bushes so far but not in the open. Aint had much of a chance though, came within an inch once before but the rabbit was too near its den. He hasnt seen any proper out in the open. He's definitely got prey drive though, even if he sees one miles away and its got away he'll still run flat out 100 yards to try and find it

:thumbs: Cheers. When i find somewhere new to live i think ill be getting myself a couple of ferrets along with the lurcher. Hopefully be around xmas if all goes to plan

Got another newbie question for ya's.

 

How quick is a fox, is it quicker than a rabbit? And how tough are they? Just wondering cos my dogs always chasing them but so far theyve been too far away or right near their dens. A bit worried about what will happen if he catches one. He only slightly bigger if at all.
