bird 9,872
Could anyone tell me why mine and my friends pups keep fighting everytime they see each other they are from the same litter (sisters) does anyone know who we could stop them? well if it not just rough play, nip it in the bud now, if they start give then loud NO (on) the lead + yank them with the lead, how old are they .? Any dog or pup will try dominate the other , so its natural thing. But you or the other owner are or should be top dog to your pups, so they only fight if you let'em . Both show the pups it a no no. 2 Quote Link to post

reddawn 2,173
walk them both together on a lead for a good while before letting them off to run around with each other, whilst on lead dont let the make a fuss over each other, just walk them side by side they will accept each other quicker Quote Link to post

smallfoot 118
My pup used to fight seriously with his brother Like trying to shred each other They grew out of it tho Quote Link to post
skycat 6,173
Pups with lots of drive need stimulating in ways which don't involve each other. Very driven pups want to grab, fight, chase anything that moves. You'd be better off walking them on the lead together, as has already been suggested, but train/play with them individually to get rid of that energy in other ways. Once they realise that they can get enjoyment and energy burning exercise with you, as opposed to bashing into each other, they will calm down: eventually. Quote Link to post
