Recommended Posts

It's taken me all summer but I've finally got round to the new ferret court I put it together this weekend, still needs painting and I'll kit the inside out, but it's a nice big run for them..... what do you think..

Looks superb mate but that tin roof is going to drive you will if your bedrooms closeby and the rains heavy.

And I would treat that wood on the floor. The shiit an piiss will soon soak in and be stinking.

Thanks Lads

Blue Pocket Rocket:

I'm going to paint the floor and walls with Acral-pol (spelling) which is a water proof fibre glass paint ( we use it for roof and gutter repairs), it's at the end of the garden so the rain rattling on the roof wont affect me but the neighbour at the end of the garden might moan........ I've put the purlins on the roof at 500mm centres so I can fix a flat roof at a later date if need be.

No the box is only there so they cant get behind the stump ( too many escape routes there), I've got to kit the inside out tonight after work so their box will be fixed to the back wall.....

I hate the stuff mate, had a young labourer sealing gutters for us he was cvered in it couldn't get it off for weeks, mind you he's the only bloke I've ever known to catch his lips in a set of riveters :icon_eek::laugh:...........
