If you haven't heard of GWT, they are a charity which exists to support keepers, stalkers, ghillies & their dependents. They offer a Helpline managed by people who understand the particular challenges of the jobs; they can advise, support or point people in the direction of help with all kinds of issues e.g. housing, education & grants, employment mediation, finance, redundancy, legal matters, retirement... And they are there for the whole family (great example on their website of their support for dependents). www.gamekeeperswelfaretrust.com CAN YOU HELP? GWT are currently looking to improve the Job Register they run and have a poll on their Facebook page for keepers, stalkers, ghillies and those trying to get into those types of job.
