scothunter 12,609
Well the point was 4 guys bursting in your front door. Thats what I was talking about. In that case you would have the upper hand. They either all come through at once and get stuck , or one at a time and get hurt. Oh if the scenario was I walked in on 4 people robbing me, well I'd have to way it up, but more than likekly I'd tell them to take what they want, no need for violence lads. Then I'd find out who they were from the comfort of my own home, and not a prison cell
jigsaw 11,864
until you actually wake up to see scum in your property its hard to envisage what you'd do.after being in that situation once and my wife and youngest son after experiencing it twice allready, and my eldest son after walking out on them also,I know what will be done if ever it happens again.I bet the law will take a very dim view of this even though they say use ''reasonable'' force to protect your family and home.Ive had 6 visits from the vermin that indulge in this.I even went so far as to inform a bloke siting in the same jeep that was spoted around my house when this was happening that I was willing and ready to put a stop to this for once and for all.No doubt they will return and hopefully I'll be there when it happens.Saying all this theres no winners in this situation, the aggro you get from all side isnt worth it I reckon.Best of luck to the family and hopefully they'll be overwhelmed with support from the people and the cops will not push too hard on this.

scothunter 12,609
No argument from me mate, difference is the cops let you know they are cops, and yes it's happened to me a few times , it certainly wakes you up, that's for sure lol

scothunter 12,609
It's cause they know there a good chance you'r in, and in bed asleep. Sometimes kicking the door in is just out of badness. Again I suppose it depends on the type of crime, I can't imagine how a young kid would feel getting woken up by a load of burly cops tramping through thier bedroom in thier standard issue, but then if I had kids living with me I would prob have changed my lifestyle, but hey thsys just me. Lab 10,979
I said I agree with this case. Well I say that, it's the daily mail were talking about lol How ironic it Would be if it turned out the owners were paedos And the 4 guys were dishing out mob justice . I digress lol Alls I an saying is why jeopardise your freedom for a spit second reaction. Maybe some of you need your freedom curbed, maybe make you realise how valuable it actually is. What would you do if you woke and found 4 blokes going through your house pal? I reckon you'd flip if they were making the place untidy! If Scot awoke and found 4 weird c**ts in house he would have realised he had slept in for his lodge meeting at his house that week....

poacher3161 1,766
They have nothing to worry about all charges should be dropped and rightly so.Nobody has been charged with the death of a rotherham man who along with some others were battering down the door of some ones house and recieved a fatal stab wound.
