blacky7 1
Hi, i have just got 2 ferrets they are 10 weeks old i dont know a lot about ferrets but been reading up on them and want to work them at some point i have made a cage and put in bits of tube etc so they don't get bored. Should i put wood shavings down in the cage or just where they do the toilet? How is the best way to handle them so they get to know? Anyother tips etc? Thanks Quote Link to post

Tiercel 6,986
Thanks got a nip this morning. If you feed them before handling, they will not be so boisterous with a full belly. TC Quote Link to post

Tug 168
If they do bite, push gently towards the back of their mouth so they have to move their head to get free. Quote Link to post
