troter58 1,711 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Share Posted September 1, 2012 its a bit young at 8 months mate hold it back they are very head strong and if ran to soon it may yapp i have entered mine on the lamp at 12 month nice easy rabbits none have yapped and are good rabbit dogs if the time is put in hope yours is a good un atb troter Quote Link to post

toby63 1,236 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 as trotter says hold it back it aint worth rushing into things and try and get ya dog on sum squatters and get a close as possible before you slip.if you know your land and where the holes are try and get into position where the rabbit runs into the open rather just runing to the holes it wil give ya dog beta chance.
