TOPPER 1,809
get some cctv in place and moniter the next door twat as well as the dogs , cctv is your best protection as you can prove what was and when anything happens as well as other dogs barking down the road 5 k is made up of legal costs and compo , barristers dont come cheap but always use the crown courts not magistrates as magistrates will side with the coucil every time

He must have it on too tight and the prongs are wearing holes in the dog's neck: seen it before when people didn't know what they were doing with shock collars They only need to be tight enough to make contact with the skin. Or, the dog was barking continuously despite the collar (those collars make some dogs bark incessantly: shock, bark, shock, bark: there was a stupid woman on here a few years ago who reckoned she'd had a dog screaming continuously for an hour with a shock collar on it :censored: ) so repeated electric shocks might cause that problem. Dangerous f*ckin things in a fool's hands.
TOPPER 1,809
if the council issue a NOISE ABATMENT NOTICE THERES A LOT THEY CAN DO and if you fail to abide by the terms of the notice they can ask a court to issue a dog destruction notice THIS IS WHY ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO APPEAL ANY NOTICE AND STOP IT BEING ISSUED

johnpop 3
my neighbour used to have a big cross breed like a staff but massive. was locked in kennel all day when he was working used to bark constantly all day. as the streets we live in are quite tight, fish bowl type houses. it was like the dog was actually in our front room. never complained my self but the busy bodies of the street did. this went on for about two year maybe more and nothin could be done as it wasn't doin it at unsociable hours. apparently!!!
