The one I made wasn't flat like a gun holster, the person wanted one that the leather was blocked to shape round a round piece of wood at the end, so it made a tube shape. Do you have any photos of something you like the look of? The guy that makes the sheaths, Gin I think it is, might be able to do one and add some tooling too as I don't do tooling.
