might just be me but all my permision is given for pest control never been asked to do anything for sport, if your talking about testing your dog like say the old waterloo cup ect then maybe thats classed as a sport. hunts do far more for a community than hunt foxs

That was my point , 30 hound for no reason other than sport is fine but a Lurcher isnt

ANTI

Well what reason does the hunt have to kill foxes? Because they choose to most of the time not because they have to

. ANTI

I think your right about that bitter taste, if something goes wrong or you have to kill young for whatever reason it is horrible

I get what the lad is saying.

But if folk want a moan, moan about the lads doing 'pest control' shooting as many foxes as possible, on largely arable land (with no pheasants), using night vision.

No 'sport' in that at all, my nan could manage that!

What seems to be the case is if a certain member who tends to be a time servied THL member does not agree with your opinion on any topic they say you not done that much your navie etc etc etc .

Very few of us members know each other personally let alone what background we each have and our knowledge in the field hunting etc.

Just because a person has a diffrent take on hunting in whichever form does not mean there clueless .

Respect each other and there diffrent views is it really that hard .
