I bought a SX3 composite, 28'' barrel on 7.7.12 and it's great!. I been out shooting squirrels, crows and jackdows, no magpies yet, crafty buggers. Even bought a clay thrower from Molevalley Farmers. This is the first shot gun i have ever owned and before i bought it i was thinking do i buy this one, or do i buy that one, worrying that whatever o bought might not be for me. Well i got this one from Avalon Guns in Streeet Nr Glastonbury for £850 and i can't fault it. It's light, nothing in the way of kick back, easy to maintain, it even smells nice!,in fact i can't say anything bad about it. If you get one you won't be disapointed :) .

Does yours cycle light loads ok.i had a webley and scott 812 last year and it was a pain for jamming and not cycling so i got rid

All I've put through it so far is 28g 8, 29g 6 and 30g 6. Haven't had any trouble with any of them. I looked around a lot before buying the SX3 and I can't say i have heard any complaints about jamming and not cycling.

My friend owns a gun shop and he does a lot of goose /pigeon shooting and he shoots a SX3, He considers the sx3 to be the best semi auto on the market for price and reliability. If you saw his gun you would know why!! he never cleans the bugger and it always cycles!!
