The Seeker 3,048
Shot it quite a few times at Creetown, it's great when they are there and your under them. I've seen hundreds of Pinks feeding on the shore and other times not a goose to be seen, One of the most enjoyable reason for a stay up there though is the people, some of the nicest folk you could ever wish to meet. You need to apply for a permit though and it's strictly enforced by wardens patrolling the shore.

oxfordfowler 0
You need to get a permit to shoot on the merse. Visit the Wigtown Bay LNR website and you can print off an application form for a weekly ticket. Takes a week or so to come through - if there are vacancies and it's free.
