Another 7 today..same as last week

For the last 3 trips out I've come away with 7 bunnies.

 

Had this years kits out for a run through today as well as the older Jill..Managed to put a bunny to ground in some cover with a nice little 3 hole set all fresjly dug out.

So I gave the young jill kit a try out on her own to see whats she,s made of...30 seconds and a bunny was screaming below ground and thumping like mad in a bid for escape...She managed to kill it and moved off and bolted another bunny from within..she came out like a banshee on its trail...but it was already in the bag..she then turned around and shot straight back down to the one she had just killed and stayed there until I had dug the whole 2 feet down to it, removing bunny and strongly attached young Jill..It might sound a bit too soon for a kit to be at em..but she,s already had a few sessions and seems to be taking to it very well..she quite fiesty ..i like em that way when there young,But she,s a big bugger as a big as a good hob..so she just doesnt look young.. i had her through a few more sets before the day was over but with an older Jill.

 

Promising signs for the rest of the season to come with a bit of luck.
