patterdalejoel 669 Posted August 28, 2012 Report Share Posted August 28, 2012 thought i would post this here as most people here sell rabbit... i work in a hotel/ restaurant, and i enquired about rabbits, and they said they are too fiddly, and i said what if i just upplied loin and leg, as this is what they mostly use. but im not sure of the price i dont want to undersell myself. round here going rate is £2 skinned and £1 just gutted. so what would you charge for the loin and back legs off 1 rabbit? it will be a novelty eating a rabbit your waiter caught cheers, Quote Link to post
