3/4 collie cross

hi. ive just bought a 3/4 collie x (3 1/4 greyhound x 1/4 collie pup. ive never owned a collie bred dog before. Does anybody on the site run this cross? what are your thoughts on this cross? any pics would be greatly appreciated. heres a pic of my pup. cheers. tye

lovely pup. i had 1 back in the 80s. i like the cross a great deal probably seen about a dozen run since the mid 80s. good luck with your pup.

I have a 3/8 Collie bitch and she has started to come good now being a year old. I wouldn't say she has been easy (cause she hasn't) but I have put the time in and I believe it shows!

I've got a 3/4 bred, shes coming up 3 years old, like snifferboy said they have their moments, the only issues i had when i was training her was that she took a long time to mature and boy could she be huffy when i told her off lol, I put the time and effort in and didnt give up and I've got a good dog for what i do and i'm really happy with her, i like an intelligent dog she's a pleasure to own, good luck and stick in mate and you'll have a good all round hunting dog that'll give you years of pleasure.

That's a cracking looking dog mochara. Id be happy if mine turned out anything like that stamp. Is one of the parents to yours a full greyhound or is he 3/4 to 3/4?
