Unfortunately we now live in a world of credit and it has become the norm to buy things with loans (which is what the finance agreement is)

Houses, Cars, Tv's, Furniture, and now Air rifles - you can get pritty much anything of value on finance..

Im in two minds about this,

One side of me (the old man/farther) says If you don't have the cash then you cant buy it, you have to work and save for what you want - which was the way i was brought up

And the other side (the 24yr old) says ... WOO I JUST BOUGHT A NEW RAPID!!!!!! :boogy: :boogy: :boogy: thats the side i have a wife to keep in check

I dont see anything wrong with getting one on finance, but you have to make sure you can make the terms and conditions because the consequences can be severe if you cant -

Just dont be impulsive and rush out to buy one because finance is available, its better to save and buy outright so there are no ties or strings attached

Use to have one of them Davy ;)

All i would say is get loads of spare Mags as you'll be letting Rip like Clint Eastwood on them tin cans and targets.

Had my first air rifle at 14, used birthday money to buy it (via my dad ;) ) and had that up until a few weeks ago, thought about a fair few options, but my intentions require a PCP. I want to go hunting mainly and would rather play it safe with the shot on shot accuracy of a PCP. Might cost a bit more initially but like I said, I want to play it safe, spend plenty of time on the range first to hone my current lack of skills :icon_redface: then hit them fields (providing I can find a permission)!

The more i look the closer i get to buying, think the S10 will be getting a trade in!!

I would also trade the AirRanger in but dunno how much i would get for it with all the camo dip etc (probably ruined the price  oh well)

Hiya Mac. Hope you are well mate?!

In this age of deep recession it would serve the gunshops and us both well, to get arrangements of lay-away or laid-aside on our chosen rifles and scopes. And no rip-off nonesense with ridiculously high APR interest rate charges.

Regards.
