The Seeker 3,048
You need to get a letter of permission from the land owner you have permission to shoot on, this will then be submitted with your application. Quote Link to post

easypeasy 4
yep, Defo a land owner would be the easiest option. the bigger the better. and away from population even better still. But if your trying to get a cert for your pest control im not sure of the requirements, They may be different, Im sure there are a lot of professional pest controllers on here who will give you the correct advice 1 Quote Link to post
PLEDGEY 496
I'm a BPCA pest controller with an FAC for 22lr and 17hmr, also have a SGC. To get an FAC you have to have permission, land, on which you need, or have reason, to use the said caliber of rifle you want. Say you want a 22lr and have permission on which to use a 22lr, and you were granted a FAC for a 22lr. If then a farmer wanted you to go and shoot some rabbits on his land, as part of a pest control contract, before you could shoot those rabbits you would still have to get in touch with your FAO to find out if that land had been passed to shoot on. If it has not the FAO would have to come out and take a look at the land to see if it is safe to shoot over. Quote Link to post
