Liam Holborn 0 Posted August 23, 2012 Report Share Posted August 23, 2012 if you pass the dsc level 1 are you then regarded as a trained hunter? and then if you register as a food business can you then shot, process and sell vennison as long as its under 300 carcasses per year, proper records kept and it is killed and sold locally?
