RubyTex 1,957
I can take it or leave it, can't really afford to go out and get smashed anymore, used to be twice a week!! My circle of friends isn't a 'local pub' lot, more get yourself down the expensive Marina, put £40 quids worth of booze down your gizzard whilst watching the boats, mixing with the MILFS and pretending to be posh :hmm:then onto town to spend another god knows how much and end up munching on some fat birds face. Inspiring... Nice to have a beer with a curry, while fishing or after a good walk/hunt though
hutch6 550
A very close family member is on the stuff from about 10:30 until about 10pm every day and it's not exactly soft stuff either. They'll easily do a 1.5ltr of vodka a day and I can't talk to them gone 1pm as they become a gibbering gobhead. Worked for probation service for a while and saw the effects it had too. I've dine the whole smashed every night of the week as an early twentysomething but I only drunk to get drunk, never did like the taste. I have very rare one here and there but I could easily never have it again and it wouldn't bother me one ounce.
