shoe insoles/heel problem.

Recommended Posts

Go to your doctor: ask him for a referral to the orthotics ( not orthodontics!) department at your local hospital. They take imprints of your feet and make soles specific to your individual requirements. And its on the NHS!

People who spend a lot of time on their feet often wear away the fatty pads in their heels and the balls of their feet. It's also something that happens as you get older as well.http://www.heelfixkit.com/heelpainadvice.aspx

If your not used to standing for long periods of time and particularly if you have new work shoes or havent worn them for a while, they will kill your feet to an extent they feel like their burning, over time you will get used to it but if you feel working boots their insoles are pretty crap you can either go an buy extra padded insoles or go and have your feet moulded and they can make you a pair specifically for your feet only so you got the comfort etc where it is needed :)

Hello, sorry only now seeing the message what u have possibly done if the shoulder was taken passed the normal range of motion possibilities is uve stretched the ligaments and could of possibly torn the odd muscle fibre, if i was u pop to the physio at the club take whats on offer and just try it as one thing might work another might not, but if its free take full advantage :)
