Born Hunter 17,842
Seriously Richard, it's a shame you never went out with a decent fell pack before the ban. You would have been witness to a seriously great hunting spectacle. I'm not a hound man, but if you love true hunting, it's a special as digging 6ft to a terrier holding fast with a particularly fiery oponent or watching a lurcher putting the pressure on a January roe in the day. Watching the pack fly in full cry through the fells, nothing quite like it.... 1 Quote Link to post

PoshPikey 560
back to the topic in hand - can we not phone the police rapid response unit EVERY time we see someone walking a dog in Lincolnshire. Obviously I don't want to waste the police's time and resources but you can never be too careful. I should imagine that they will realise what a farce this is pretty quickly. Quote Link to post
bedwhippet 164
they wont because everytime they do make an arresst with or without conviction at the end of it, it shows the schemes to be working and the police to be doing a good job at solving crimes, it puts there numbers up sitting in a car doing nothing but on the off chance finding somone mooching in the motor with a mutt in the boot, these coutryside schemes and police involved in said schemes are a drain on the economy and will always stay that way in my opinion Quote Link to post
Hitcher 297
Gona be massive clamp down cops going round all fens telling farmers. Lota boys gona lose licence sad thing men need licence for work. get yourself a free state one Quote Link to post
Hitcher 297
in a moneyed culture catering to the toffs the ban was originally fetched in against fox hunting in large numbers which is say 100-150 hounds tearing one to bits which isnt sporting in my opinion if a dog cant take it one on one then leave it abee but as far as the ban goes theirs no chance it will be repealed in a country and indeed a (uk) that is a complete shambles men/women of a bye gone era would literally turn over in their graves if they could see it now the ban is here to stay but life goes on. thats some hound pack,,,some people would be better off just reading instead of running down another form of vermin control Quote Link to post

Sherlock 42
You are all slagging Richard Morgan for the inaccuracies in his posts, the person you should be slagging of no the person who needs banning from this site forthwith is THE p***y POACHER . His comments at the top of page two ,which insight mass trespass and violence towards either land owners or the police are outrageous, and his comments should be removed immediately. Comments like this give fuel to the Anti,s and make the lifting of the hunting ban less likely, it also makes some of us decent hunting folk seem like thugs. A disgusted Sherlock. Quote Link to post
