Not being able to identify the species that you shoot is a recipe for trouble in the long run, get a decent wildlife handbook and learn the differences. Just as well there ain't any pine martens in your area or you might have inadvertantly posted all the evidence someone would need to wind you up in court!

Well I can't really argue can I, it's all in what you believe, people make mistakes. I knew it was either a stoat or mink. It was the size and colour of it that through me, I now see my foolish ways.
