Yes baz if you can find a vet that does running dogs they diffo have lazer treatment. Dropped toes aren't the end of the world, I've had dogs run reasonable well, if your not expecting the tendon to repair then its down to general healing of the area and allowing the surrounding structure to re adjust. Treat as a standard foot injury then when healed give some time for the foot to adapt to it's new stucture before working with road work then running on soft ground.
