The poos look a bit runny, a good few feathers about , she is bright eyed and acting as normal she is feeding and drinking ok , i think looking at her now fireman after what you said , i would think she is moulting, thanks for the all the replies i appreciate it .

the symptoms you describe could also mean the the hen is eggbound due to lack of calcium, is the bird swollen around the vent ? if so you can buy a liquid calcium which the bird can absorb quickly and also a bit heat will help

whatevers wrong with the bird, a hen sitting all puffed up doesn,t sound clever, atb

No way do i know enough to argue  but i will say most of my birds are sitting a little fluffed due to them being in the moult and as long as there active and feeding ok and NOT sat shivering or looking poor i'm not worried about it as like i say there moulting and are missing half their feathers.

if any of us knew the answer mate we'd be fecking millionaires,it could be going light or it could be eggbound or it could just be moulting,if its going light then theres feck all you can do,if its eggbound put it in an hospital cage,in most cases heat alone enables the bird to pass the egg or get it to a vet,and if its moulting then it should be fine, but budgies do sometimes puff up when theyre relaxing so feck knows
