Had mine three seasons and used it ALOT, deep enough too, and its still as good as new. I would buy another tomorrow if i ever lost it, highly recomended never used one of these myself but by the pic wouldnt last imo if thats a plastic handle on the top, couldnt imagine choppping roots,flint, etc it would last to long , but can only speak from seeing it on a pic so might be better made than it looks I have didn't last two outings I've had it a couple of seasons now, out at least twice a week or more (sometimes 4/5 days), and getting plenty of use,and it's still going strong. The handle is plastic, but a kind of tough, rubberized plastic. I'm not gentle on my tools and have found myself swinging itlike an axe,at roots, plenty of times. Quote Link to post
