Guest reload Posted July 27, 2005 Report Share Posted July 27, 2005 2 Whole fillet/saddle of venison Marinade in Redwine, cote de rhone i find good, balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then add some ginger, some chilli powder and a few bay leaves, Leave to soak for between 6-12. Fire up the BBQ and and cook fillets whole until it have you like it, persoanlly i like it still pink in the middle. Serve with a fresh bread and salad. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
