Apparently she hadn't been seen since Monday, and her owner was fearing the worst when the dog turned up at a garden centre, found collapsed just outside it. Very dehydrated and exhausted: probably been hit by a car as her front teeth were smashed and she is very bruised, luckily not worse. The garden centre had a pet department and a scanner, so they scanned her and gave the chip number to the dog warden who traced the owner straight away: thank God for chips!

It is heartbreaking to think what that poor dog went through. Thankfully she is back safe and sound in her home.

As you say Skycat,"Thank god for chips"

like i said on edrd

bloody good news

ive had a dog missing for about 4 yrs now

a whippet grey .. white with a brindle patch covering hes eye

ive never seen him since

just let out in the back garden to feed

the worst thing is never knowing what happened to him

he had a leg ingery when i got him at 6 mths old

and i brought him back to health

and had him catching by the time he was a yr old

and dispite hes ingery he would have made me a very good dog

but i suppose for hes colouring

he would of made a peddeler a very happy person

but if it wasnt for him it would have taken me longer to get back ino lurchers

and now ive got one of the best bred bull crosses in the country

:yes::D

now its up to me what i make of him B)
