Don't forget, if a pup or adult dog is expending a lot of energy, either working or just running around a lot, it won't carry that weight: it will be pared down and fit, and if it isn't a big eater anyway, it can't put weight on. How old is your pup? From the photo, and photos don't always show a dog as it really is, she doesn't look underweight, and if she is under a year old she may still be growing, which means she might not fill out until she stops growing.

Some dogs genuinely don't like raw chicken: I've had one that just couldn't eat it: threw it back up straight away. Try her on minced beef instead: either pet mince, or the cheapest fattiest mince you can get from the supermarket: that has plenty of fat in it for energy.

Cheese and milk may suit some dogs, but a lot are lactose intolerant and it gives them the sh*ts.

In my humble opinion, soya oil isn't supposed to be very good for dogs though I know a lot of people use it: I'd sooner use animal fat for energy.
