annemck 4
Had this today for the first time today and really enjoyed it. First get 2 freshly caught rabbits Take the back legs and saddle and rub in Nandos Peri-Peri seasoning and place in the fridge to marinade for a few hours. when you take them out ,wrap them in bacon and place in the oven covered with tin foil at gas mark 8 for around 40 mins. take them and let stand for around 10 mins, and serve with salad and freshly made potato chips. try it is lovely, converted a couple of people with it today
