You don't get much more transparent when it comes to hunting and his dogs than Mr. Harcombe. The man has put his neck on the line for god knows how many years now. I can only speak for myself but the bloke is a proper gentleman and one of the most erudite and educated people I have ever met. He is a very talented writer and we are very lucky to have a bloke with the combination of those skills who has fought our corner for decades. EARTH DOG RUNNING DOG is an institution and in the future it may be copied but it will never be bettered Mr. Harcombe has often given me his opinion on who is a good writer when it comes to articles submissions, but without doubt....without doubt....he is the best and most prolific fieldsports writer that EDRD and any other magazine has ever seen Link to post
