Very reluctant sale of my 1995 M reg plucky little shooting truck. This thing will go anywhere you want it to with no problem at all ( just look at some of the Vitara videos on YouTube)

I am only selling due to buying an Isuzu Trooper for work which I can also use for shooting so can't justify two shooting trucks.

I've owned it for just over a year and not had any problems with it whatsoever. I've adapted it slightly for my shooting needs by taking the rear seats out and building some storage boxes (not included in sale) for all my gear. I still have the rear seats, bolts and seat belts and they can be re-fitted quite easily if needed. All four seats are in good nick with no rips. The wheels are painted with black paint to give the truck a bit of a 'stealthy' look

 

There is also a lamping socket (orange two pin electric mower type) hard wired to the battery via an inline fuse.

 

It's only done 95675 miles and everything runs as it should. Plenty of tread left on the all terrain tyres and the spare is like new. CD player with removable fascia (for those lonely nights waiting for Charlie)

Also got a Haynes manual (just in case)

 

Just had a new MOT and only needed a small patch on drivers side sill to pass, so tested till July 2013. Taxed till March 2013.

Body work is surprisingly good for an off road vehicle of this age and only a few bits of surface rust which I have started to clean up.

 

The beauty of this truck is that the hard top roof is removable in two parts (bikini top I think it's called) The section above the driver & passenger can be removed leaving you a great shooting platform on the rear or the rear can be removed if you shoot in pairs i.e one person driving with the other stood in the back. It's great fun when the weather is good and if the weather turns bad the boot door is in two sections so you can open the rear screen which acts as a rain cover.
