huntmark 18
Keep handling, more handling and more handling you could also give them a light tap on the nose from time to time. Also when they have hold of your finger push it in and don't try to pull away always works for me Quote Link to post
Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
Handling handling But dont go tapping them on the nose for a start it makes them angry the second is if done wrong there is very small chance you push the nose bone into the brain and kill it . vermin catcher 219
i let the kids handle and play with my kits, just keep handling them  Must try that myself, might as well let the kids get bit instead of me with the new kits Quote Link to post
saluki bulls 118
Nearly all kits are goin to give a nip ere and ther a wouldnt worry about it,plenty of handeling will sort them out. Like a few lads have aready said everytime they nip you put your finger in its mouth not chocking it but just until it backs off and stops biting, repeat this over and over again and it will soon learn that your finger and hands are not food ;-) Quote Link to post

That's how 'bollocks' becomes mainstream, and the newcomers to our sport end up doing it wrong. Quote Link to post
