Cleanspade 3,324
i cant believe ive been putting up with poor hearing so long. i was just about deaf in one ear for a couple of years and recently my other ear F'ed up. so i was forced to get em checked. to cut a long story short i've had them syringed and they are both in good working order i cant believe how noisy everything is now. i thought my car was running smooth. it sounds like an old feckin taxi  . no wonder my stalking took a downward turn . i now have a headache with all the noise. i can hear a pin drop and the wife is doing my tits in already so if your not sure about your hearing get it checked. it takes two minutes and its not sore cs

skycat 6,174
Best way to keep your ears free from wax is to put a drop of olive oil or baby oil in them after showering: it helps to prevent the build up of wax once they are clear. Apparently a lot of swimmers do this and it also helps to prevent ear infections due to not enough or too much wax.
Cleanspade 3,324
i had to put almond oil in my ears for a week. skycat. to soften the wax before removing it. i was given a row for sticking cottonbuds in my lugs. seamingly it acts as a packer, compacting the wax in the ear. and can introduce infection deep into your ear

Say's you should put nothing smaller than your elbow in your ear The biggest cause of ear problems is through using cotton buds
