James_M 1
My insurance sends me a renewal quote every year, it states that i do not need to take any further action if i want to continue and renew my policy. They continue to take money from the bank and you have to do nothing. I have never had to contact any insurance company to renew my policy unless i wanted to cancel. Did he not pay monthly by direct debit?
DeerhoundLurcherMan 997
It will be magistrates court, so i doubt it will be a judge.(depends what court) and i think since january unless it an offence which could carry a custodial sentence then you wont get legal aid, so if you want a solicitor you might have to pay for one? The Duncan 802
When he goes to court just tell them he's either an MP or a banker.... He'll have his legal fees paid for by the taxpayer and will be able to claim damages from the taxpayers for making him look foolish. Seems to be the rage nowadays Not sure about Banker mate but he's certainly feeling like a right wanker today............ Its you isn't it

Or risk loosing my no claims 4years Get the bike model, go on eBay or to a scrap yard buy a replacement wing mirror. Send it to him. Job done. If he claims you scratched his bike, request his evidence that proves 'beyond reasonable doubt' that you are liable. If he fails to supply it, you are not obliged to assume liability. MUDD 374
Doesn't look too good unless he can provide proof and paperwork off circumstances, even with that he wasnt insured so he's likely to lose the books.
PlasticJock 539
It's all about revenue at the end of the day, hence why there are no excuses when it comes to paying money to the powers that be, yet you can murder someone and claim diminished responsibility.
