MoChara 1,632
As Gem say's way more than people think Now ferret features why on earth would you think our homes would be a mess? Seriously like, you must be just messing because if you think because we hunt - that we dont keep ourselves, dogs and homes clean etc etc.... you must be completely wired up to the moon but.... then again we dont have our mammy's to clean up after us

Moll. 1,770
love to see the state of their homes. Actually that statement is not quite as wrong as it sounds. If i am away hunting for a day, i still have to make my own food when i get home, sort the other dogs, tidy up, sort other animals etc. And the day after will be trying to fit in the cleaning i was unable to do, plus work, plus everything else. When a man hunts he 'generally' (Not always i know but mostly) has a partner at home, who cooks. cleans, even sorts any dogs still at home when he is out hunting. I know i struggle to keep on top of everything. Fit in work, looking after the animals (exercising, cleaning etc) gardening, housework, cooking, family visits. clean yard etc etc. But i do pride myself on a tidy clean house, i learned to cope by being extremely minimalist, the less you have the less you need to clean and having no soft furnishings i cannot put in the washer

If the statement had of been put like this ............ "I wonder how they find the time to clean their home" (or something similar), it would of deserved an answer like your's. But because of the way it was put - i decided to answer it as it was put
