The distribution map shows there is muntjac in the cumbria area....

 

i know plenty of lads lamp all round cumbria and they have not seen munty, and nor have i. Obviously that doesnt mean that they are not there, but i rrally doubt it

They can move like shat off a shovel in cover but out in the open they don't pose much of a challenge for a dog with a bit of pace ........

I am very lucky in that the young bitch of mine can turn inside her own skin ... And is far from being a slouch ...........

Mate this bitch is very fast very athletic and has a strike like a viper ... There is very little that gets away from this thing on open field cover or woods ... There a re a few guys on here that have seen her work and can vouch for what I am saying ... I reckon she has just finished growing and has matured into a solid athletic mut ... I am looking forward to my time ahead with her ..........
