haymin 2,465
What about just introducing them through the hutch just so they can have a sniff and get used to each other or just put them on a bit of grass I'm sure it would be ok ) Quote Link to post

patterdalejoel 669
my ferrets were a bit nippy with the pup and they were 1 year old jills and it made her a bit wary of them so be careful. i just held them up to her, put them on floor together and said no when she showed interest in them really. i tried with some young kits who didnt nip her and put some confidence into the pup that they werent all nippy. she is good though there will be a rustling in the cover she'll sprint over ready to grab a rabbit and the look of disapointment in her eyes when its a ferret is funny. good luck Quote Link to post
mally 832
I also like to give them a saucer of goats milk together when the pups as young as possible. After a couple of days the pup soon accepts the ferret. 4 Quote Link to post

birddog 1,354
slow and steady and always supervised, not keen on the feeding together but drinking milk is ace, check out haymin's vid of them playing together 3 Quote Link to post
KittleRox 2,147
I try and wait untill the pup is a little older before I introduce them to the ferrets, I,m not keen on a dog that skulks away and is afraid to interact 4 Quote Link to post
