When i had my boat i got the old girl too cook it for me..you can't beat a big lump of cod a few hour's old straight from the sea and home..

Its a lovely wee place mate....could well be the quickness of the fish from sea to shop. Either that they have a secret and not letting on. The batter is nice and crispy, never soggy and the chips are

when you think back to fish and chips from years ago you always queued outside the door because it was cooked fresh when you ordered it not kept warm on a shelf thats why it seemed to taste better and

They are all good if on the sea front serving FRESHLY caught fish and served in news paper.

Haven't seen fish & chips served in newspaper for many years...... thought it was ilegal ??

Cheers.

Couldn't beat a bag eh chips with a free pair of tits eh mate.............

Had fish & chips all over the world, but no one seems to get it right like the Brits !! It's GOT to be white fish from cold waters, such as cod or haddock. This grouper and stuff just isn't right !! And most of the world can't make decent chips,(or fries, as they call them) !! I remember Harry Ramsdens opened up in Saudi Arabia, but they were using warm water fish from the Red Sea and the Gulf, and the chips were those bootlace things !! It never caught on .

Cheers.
