Either that they have a secret and not letting on. The batter is nice and crispy, never soggy and the chips are chunky and fresh, always. They have photos of Prince Charles stopping of there for a fish supper when William was at University at St Andrews...also Tom Hanks as well has been in...........wonder if they had to wait 45 mins...?.. 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
