NaTiiVe 29 Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 Hey All, Just Wondering Really What Do You Guys Think She Will Make In Size Shes Currently 20.5tts At 9 Months Old, Dam Is A Bedlington Whippet And Sire Was A Kelpi Collie Greyhound. And Also As The Seasons Coming Up I Want To Try Her With A Little This Season So Was Wondering What Sort Of Exercise Do You Recommend And Also What Sort Of Meals Should I Be Feeding Her, At The Minute I Don't Give Her Set Meal Times I Just Keep Topping Bowl Up With Dry Food, As Shes Not A Big Eater. donkdaniel 236 Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 Get her down to one meal a day mate as all she's doing is grazeing give her 15 mins and pick bowl up she will soon adjust when she's hungry this will help her when you start to work her as you can time your meals accordingly I give mine a complete dry food with minced chicken and a tee spoon of cod liver oil 3 times a week their looking ok on that mate hope this helps atb donk 2 Quote Link to post

Along the bike is great but dont start her yet she's too young it'll do more damage than good when she's 11 -12 month you could start her with bike but not too much don't over do it Good luck with her Atb mate JD Quote Link to post

Yeah well your doing the right thing , by taking your time and doing everything properly rather than pushing it to soon, I Like the sound of the breeding she should be bashing bunnys for fun ,just stick at it and she will get there Quote Link to post
jcm 2,327 Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 If you want to lamp with the dog id wait till end of september, take her out and pick nice easy rabbits sat [bANNED TEXT] out in the feild so she has a good chance of catching it. Once she starts catching and becomes confident with her self then you can lamp harder rabbits but not daft slips. ie rabbits sat on a hedge line. Quote Link to post
