after rain stopped this aftie i decided to have acouple of hours with my young un, we didnt set up till around 2 and packed in at 6, the pigeons was hard to decoy with the field been a decent size and still that much for them to go at and to be honest pigeon shooting isnt my strongest point, we had a good few come to our pattern but mostly ferrels with some dropping out of sky like racers getting clocked in, we managed to pick up 23 ferrel and 10 woodys with around 5/6 hitting the field at back of us thats still up that we didnt find so not too bad of a afternoon, its the first time ive let my young un shoot on his own and he did fairly ok for his first time with a little 4.10, he normally gets board when ive taken him before but with him shooting himself and hitting afew he seemed to enjoy it but was abit to keen thinking he could hit them all  , ive just cooked him some of the woodys diced up in a tortillas like a fajitas and he enjoyed it which i was abit surprised at, think he'll want to go more often from now on :D ,

      Hi,
I've recently moved to St Neots, Cambridgeshire and looking for an area or a bit of land where the owner requires help with pigeons etc. This is solely for fun and not my full time job.

Please let me know, if you or someone you know would let me shoot a few pigeons/rats for them in this sort of area.

      Many thanks
      Tom

      Morning all

Apologies if this has been covered previously, I have obviously missed it if it has been.
I would just like to ask if anyone has given the A-TEC shot gun silencer a real test on the pigeons ( Full day). If you have can you let me know how it effected your shooting, if at all, or did you get to grips with it quite quick. I would be looking to use standard 32g no6 loads.
The permission we currently shoot is shrinking rapidly due to new housing estates popping up so I am looking at all options with a view to upsetting as few people as possible. I would also be looking to use on Geese if they are OK , and I am aware that they recommend a max load of 43g through the A-TEC.
          Thanks in advance

Hello, I've recently moved to the Norfolk area and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to getting permission to shoot on some local landowners land. I'm from and currently serve in the british army and know how to shoot well with my own kit. I do have some hunting experience and i'm also a BASC member to which comes with insurance. Any help would be appreciated.
