I dont like baked potato in the oven when it dries the skin out and makes it tough and cripsy. And some dont like the microwave version as its a bit weak. The slow cooker version gives a nice skin with a real soft inside....and you can fling it in in the morning and its ready for your dinner when you get home from work. Try it..
