jsmith 103 Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 I've always found the flourer the spud the better the chips , we've always used kerr pinks or golden wonders.Cut them into chips, par boil them until they start to fluff up, drain in a colander and dry with kitchen towel.
