bedwhippet 164
nah its all stil long at the minute, plus there isnt much on that land until you get towards kilton way, and what you do see is as lamp shy as it comes, when i lived in north skelton last year i caught a fair bit of stuff on there but there are that many lads that go with the dogs ya gotta hit it lucky, gonna have a look on there when its cut cos ya can get decent runs when there is something to run Quote Link to post
iWorkChihuahuas 52
am not onabout daytime, just general walking, av found some dead animals up there like, an i dont lamp it me daytime loads more fun with a few terriers to graft field Quote Link to post
Richie10 345
If it is just skin damage and not muscle, then wash it, spay it with the blue spray, can't remember the name, after a couple of days the flappy skin will tighten and you would have lost the window to stitch. Spray the cut everyday, until it starts drying. Once it has dried over leave it and keep the dog on the lead when exercising. it should be all healed in a couple of weeks. The vet would have stitched it if it was a major problem. Quote Link to post

running addiction 207
You don't want it to scab to soon pal try and keep it moist you don't want an infection under the scab.. Wash it in salt water few times a day and i also use cut and heal liquid best stuff I've used for skin tears good luck be right in 2/3 weeks Quote Link to post
