risingfriend 1,042
get yourself a bsa ultra mate at a third of the cost of a rapid and just as accurate. then get a dive cylinder and the shot count is not a problem either. just a thought anyway. Quote Link to post
Buster321c 1,010
Personally , I would have made sure I got all my kit sorted before getting any permission . Not only does it look unprofessional , but to be told by the land owner what gun you need fills me with dread, as all I can think is you don't really seems to have clue what your doin .......... 3 Quote Link to post
Micheal Bell 16
no its not a case of that. the rifle i have. hell tells me people who haved used it on his land have struggled. so im looking at getting a rapid 7 or a gunpower stealth.22 Quote Link to post
Buster321c 1,010
Ok , its just the way it comes across then . So what is the reason that you think a change would suit you better ? Is it because HE says the rifle is no good and there fore you doubt yourself using it because of that , or is it a case the HE doubts you because of your choice of rifle . I aint being funny mate , just seems a strange reason to get a new gun , on someone elses say so . Quote Link to post
Buster321c 1,010
Any air rifle , no matter if its a Rapid , Airarms , SMK ........will all do the same job as long as you do your part . 2 Quote Link to post

Skot Ruthless Teale 1,701
what rifle have you been using up untill now, that hes not keen on..? and does he not think that the other guys have just been not good shots.. whereas if he has seen a few people who know there stuff and are a good shot with a rapid, he might just think that the rapid is good.. not taking into account the shooters own personal skill.. why dont you set up a target for him and do a grouping test to show him your a good shot with the rifle you already have... or tell him to buy you a rapid Quote Link to post
